I’ve come across quite a handy little concept for getting a good deal on cruises recently. It’s a ‘price beater’ promotion, where you can send in details of a quote you’ve received from another cruise provider and the company will try to beat it. In theory, anyone could do this for any type of holiday, or any other product for that matter. You could just send an email to a company’s generic email address and see if you get a response. But it certainly has more impact when it is been formalised in this way. Could work very well for the customer and business alike.
