There is a Dak Bungalow. Many thrilling hek that unveil the nature’s eternal glory begin from Sonamarg by the Buses from Rajkot. Here at the foot of the glacier is the sparking Mshansar Lake. Its blue water reflects the glacier. Across the stream that issues out of Vishansar, is Kishansar at 3,818 metres. The lakes abound in trout and offer fine camping sites on the shores. The trek to Gadsar, 23 kilometres from here, involves a steep climb to a Pass (4,995 metres) on the right of Kishansar, Mount Vishnu on the left side. From here there is a descent along the river over now to Yesmar, a small well-shaped lake of deep blue hue with floating icebergs on the left.
