My sister had a terrible experience with her computer.  She literally worried herself sick over the problems that she was experiencing.  They do not have a lot of money and had to save every penny to purchase their computer.  I came over and checked it out and found that there was a program that needed to be removed.  I had to delete antivirus live because it is a fake program that is harmful.  I wish that my sister did not have to worry about things like this, but some people enjoy putting others through things such as this.  They must have very miserable lives.
