When I am not on the slopes, I am watching skiing events on TV and reading up on the newest and hottest things that have to do with the sport.  I recently read an article about Freeride Skis and how they are so much more easier to maneuver in the snow, than traditional ones.  I decided to go to our local store to see what they had to say about them and everyone had something positive to say about them.  So, I decided to rent a pair for the weekend.  I could not believe how much easier they were to use, especially around the twists and turns.  I think I will have to save up some money so I can buy myself a pair.
