Yuri,It would be my pleasure to comment on the treadmill trainer workouts I’ve worked with so far. I purchased TT2-TT5 and am still in the process of “mastering” TT3. First a note about myself: I’m 48 years old and began running/weight training again in January 2009 as a New Year’s resolution to myself after years of inactivity. I’ve always loved to run and became an avid runner 10 years ago when my kids were involved in sports programs at school. I would run the school track while they practiced, accomplishing ~5-6 miles per day and feeling great. Following meniscus surgery I rehabbed back to my usual routine but eventually lost my enthusiasm for running after my kids graduated. Many years later and 14 pounds heavier I decided it was time for a lifestyle change. I purchased a treadmill in January and started with light jogging to acclimate myself to running again. While the physical aspects of running were enjoyable I often found it difficult to conquer the mental game of a basement treadmill workout. In March I stumbled across your website and after reading the testimonials there decided to give your programs a try. WOW! I sure wish I’d found you years ago. Your approach to interval training, both physically and mentally, is so enjoyable I actually look forward to working with you each day. I’ve already dropped the 14 pounds I added over the years and I feel “great”. Awesome!TT3 Review:Having worked with Treadmill Trainer 2 for a few weeks I decided to “up my game” and move to Treadmill Trainer 3. What a workout. The increase in interval length and speed really pushes the body and mind to a whole new level. Although challenging, it’s nice to know Yuri is always there to motivate you through to the finish line. Awesome!
