Our friend Valerie has been more than a friend, she has really become family to us.  When we first moved here to Utah, we really felt pretty lost and did not know a single soul here.  We had moved here because my partner’s job took us here, but we felt really lonely in the beginning.  Valerie took us in as friends and introduced us around, and she even got us into skiing and boarding.  She wants a westbeach morrissey jacket, and I know this as I saw her looking at a catalogue.  I know the web has some pretty good prices and we are getting it for her birthday.
