The training program of the New Tribes Mission is second to none. The amount of knowledge the impose and education they impart is amazing. Why a training program for a missionary can take up to four years. The first two years alone is spent just learning the Bible. The training could take place in two different Bible colleges, either Waukesha, WI or Jackson, MI. They refer to this training school as the New Tribes Bible Institute. Then the biblical recruits are trained for the field. They learn about languages, communication with multi cultures and church planning. When these missionaries go out, they are quite prepared to spread the word of God.
