I was pretty impressed looking online recently at some of the virtual experiences around nowadays. The latest one I’ve found is a King Tut experience, where you can explore Tutankhamun’s tomb and surrounding area as well as interact with the environment. You can create your own avatar to explore the virtual world and then do everything from take ‘photos’ to create your own short movie. You can also learn about daily life for Egyptian men and women. It’s such a great idea for anyone wanting to learn more about King Tut. School kids in particular will love the experience. They certainly didn’t have anything quite like that when I was a student!
