After spending some time with a friend at his new home the other day, I was surprised to hear what he paid for the place. I mean it’s gorgeous with a nice pool and yard and he paid a fraction of what I would have paid for it. He says southlake real estate helped him get the awesome deal and recommended I check them out when I am in the market myself. Well with his results I think I might be in the market sooner than I thought. I don’t know if this has to do with the economy, but I wonder if they can help sell my house so I can buy a new one?
