I’m after a cheap hamster cage if anyone has one to sell. We recently got a couple of hamsters, and I believed that they were both female. Imagine my surprise to find that one of them was pregnant! The male has been given away to a friend now to save further problems, but we now have ten baby hamsters and a mother living in one Large hamster cage. I’ve heard the mother can sometimes kill some of the babies, is there any way to stop this from happening without taking them away from their mother? I don’t want to separate them.
