If  your system crashes you can retrieve all of your Ares Download right away.  My roommate has discovered this file sharing system and has been telling all of her friends to give it a try.  She has even picked out several pieces for her students to sing along to.  She also has started another group of upbeat energetic music to exercise with.  She has invited a group of friends over to exercise on Saturday morning.  Most people like to sleep in on the weekends so I suggested she should change it to the afternoon, or better yet on Monday.  Everyone hates Mondays anyway.
