Since I rent my apartment I did not think that there was much in the way of creature comforts that I could expect without having to pay for them out of pocket and then probably have to pay to put back to how I took the apartment over when I plan on leaving. I did however ask the landlord if he would not mind if I installed towel radiators and he said he was fine with that as long as I left them in the bathroom when I moved out. I have no problem with this little cost for the extra comfort.
