I need to replace my central heating boiler as the one I currently have is on its last legs. I called a few places to see how expensive new boilers are and the salesmen were asking me all kinds of questions. They wanted to know what capacity I needed and how many people live in the home. Apparently this determines the size of boiler that will be required. Next they wanted to know if I wanted a combination, conventional or system boiler. I want what is already in my house. The last thing they wanted to know is did I want a wall hung or floor model. Now that question I could answer. I guess I need to do a little research before calling around again.
