I called up my best friend and told her my business partner and I was looking into purchasing a new office.  I explained to her I was not sure where I could get the best modular building prices in town and she told me not to worry she had a few ideas.  She explained to me she had a couple of friends that she would contact for me; she told me they were in the business of selling office portables, modular buildings, even homes.  I was excited and told her we would have to meet for lunch so I could thank her in person.  She agreed.
