We had a home inspection done on the house we just put an offer in on. The house is only five years old and is in pretty good shape. The previous owners have really taken care of the house. The only thing the inspector suggested was asking for foundation water proofing. He said that in this area he always suggests that. He has seen some really awful things happen to houses that do not have that one thing done. I am so glad that we paid for the inspection. My husband did not want to, he said that it was a waste.
