Remember that the key to a healthy lifestyle is to include all the components of nutrition into our daily diet in optimum proportion. Therefore, if you want to get rid of stomach fat  then don’t let go of carbohydrates from your meals completely. This will reduce your daily energy supply which will in turn make you crave them. Binging into carbohydrates after a week of not having them at all is worse. The trick is to go for whole grain carbs like whole grain brown rice, bread and flour. These are the closest to their natural state, with least processing, which keeps the nutritional levels intact.
