I need to lose some weight. My doctor told me that my being overweight and out of shape is contributing to my other health problems. However, I have never really been one to exercise a lot, so I am not sure what would be the best way to go about doing this. Can anyone recommend a good workout routine for men that would help me to lose weight and get in better shape? I only have about half an hour a day to exercise. I am going to start watching what I eat as well since I have been told this is the most effective way to lose weight.
