Getting lean is no easy task, but once you get there, staying lean can be quite easy.  If you are just starting an exercise and nutrition lifestyle, then you may wish to look into some supplementing, or just some good old fashioned whole foods.  You may want to use antioxidants for a lean healthy body.  It is said that if you follow every meal with a cup of green tea, you are going to increase the fat burn by increasing your metabolism.  Green tea, along with black, white, and red teas are very high in antioxidants.  This is a wonderful recipe for getting lean.
