My friend and I took our kids swimming the other day, and when we got into the pool my friend asked me how I keep in shape. I laughed and told her that I don’t really keep in shape, it’s just that I have a few habits that have stuck with me since college. I use my ab lounge almost every morning, I go jogging twice a week, and I cook healthy – all things I started doing in college and then just got into the habit of doing. So now she is going to try creating some new habits for herself too.
