My girlfriend and I are determined to get into shape this year. We’re not really out of shape, but we do need to lose a few pounds. We started going to the gym this month, and we both love it. Kelly hits the treadmill and I hit the free weights. I don’t mind doing cardio, but it really makes me feel great when I lift. My friend Scott showed me some really neat bicep workouts, that have brought my arms to the next level. Kelly says that she can see the difference, and that is all that matters to me. I can’t wait to get bigger.

I just booked a girls’ weekend with some of my closest friends. I am really excited about it and really looking forward to it! However, it is on the beach and all of my friends are gym rats and have great bodies whereas mine needs some work. I am wondering if there is some type of thigh exercise equipment that will tone up my thighs fast. I know that I should not have put this off until this point, however it has been winter and I have been able to hide my body. But now I want to do something about my thunder thighs!

The summer months are what most people use to get fit and stay in shape.  They spend more time outside, running biking, playing sports, and simply being active.  But sometimes the weather is just too hot that you don’t want to go outside.  So maybe that is the day that you decide to work on muscle building with your home gym or by going to a recreation center.  It’s pretty easy to get in shape if you keep at it everyday, just make sure you don’t fall back out of shape once summer ends. Otherwise you’ll just have to do it all over again next summer.
