My mother in law was recently in an accident, and now she has trouble going up the stairs. I am trying to figure out whether or not we might be able to get a lift to make it easier for her to get around in her home. Can anyone tell me how expensive chairlifts are? She really doesn’t want to have to move, but she isn’t expected to get much better than she is now. A lot of her living space, including her bedroom, is on the second floor and it isn’t really possible to make everything be on the first floor.
