I have to be carefull now that Im getting older and still want to train as hard as I ever have. I have to go through things that I never had to in the past. For example I have very bad elbow pain as a result of tricep training. So I have had to modify the way that I go about training my arms. I cant really use movements like skull crushers and reall close grip bench presses. Well I dont use them as much as I used to. I have found that if I replace them with exercises that are close to as effective I can still get results.  This is a method of building lean muscle.

I just feel that this is some great way to celebrate. We often conform to norms which is why we end up not doing things the way they should be done. Hopefully this time, things would change. I guess that it would be really very great that way. The personalized party favors just got to be the best thing we can get.
